Safe-AI masking

Use AI tools without showing them your client's details.

  • Nothing you paste here leaves your screen.
  • Names and addresses may not be caught automatically. Always check before sending.

1

Paste the client text

Use made-up text in this demo. You can start with the sample message.

The tool finds ID numbers, common Indian names, names after a title such as Mr, Shri or M/s or a greeting such as "Dear", and addresses with a PIN code or a label. It cannot know every name or address, so step 3 lists what still looks like one, where it can tell. To hide something else, select it in the client text and press "Hide selected text".

2

Check what is hidden

Solid labels are sure matches. Dotted labels need your eye. Tap a label to show that detail again.

Your checked text will appear here.

3

Copy the safe text

Paste it into ChatGPT or any AI tool. Ask your question as usual.

Add client text in step 1 first.

4

Paste the reply to put details back

The real details are put back here, on your device.

A record for your own files

AI-use register

Each time you copy safe text with the button, the register adds one line: the date, what the text was for, and how many details were hidden. The sample text is never added. Over the months it becomes a record of the times this tool was used on this device before text went to an AI tool.

It keeps

  • The date and time
  • The purpose you chose
  • How many details were hidden, and of what kind
  • How many were unsure, how many you chose to show again, and whether notes for the AI were added
  • Whether you copied the reply after the details were put back

It never keeps

  • The text you pasted
  • Any name, number or other hidden detail
  • The reply from the AI tool
  • Anything on any other device or server

The register is saved in this browser on this device until you delete it. It holds the latest 500 lines; older ones drop off. Download it now and then. It is your own record and can be edited or lost with the browser's data, so treat it as a working note, not a certified log.
