Your data
Privacy notice
How this demo handles your information. Last updated: 10 October 2026.

The short version
This demo does not collect your information. There is no login, no database and no tracking. What you type stays on your own phone or laptop.
Please use made-up data only. Do not enter real client details in a demo.
What stays on your device
- Readiness answers and firm name: held on the screen while you take the check. If you press "Add to evidence pack", they are kept in this browser tab so the pack can use them, and kept up to date as you change answers, until you close the tab or press "Clear my data". If you leave the check for another page of this site and come back, your place is still there, with any names and dates you put against fixes; a refresh empties it. Some browsers bring a closed tab back with its contents. "Clear my data" removes them for certain.
- Text you paste into the masking tool: held only while the page is open. It is lost when you refresh or close the page. Text you copy goes to your device's clipboard, like any copied text, and stays there until you copy something else. The tool also keeps, in this browser, the highest label number used for each kind of detail (for example "PAN 3"). Every tab of this site and the phone on the home page share it, so a label is never given to a different detail after a refresh or in another tab. It holds no detail about anyone. "Clear my data" leaves it in place on purpose, so that an AI reply to text copied before clearing can never be filled with a different client's details. To remove it too, clear the site's data in the browser settings.
- A folder you choose in the folder scan: your browser lets this page read the files in that one folder. They are read on your device and are not uploaded. While the page is open it holds the report, the words of the files (for the search box) and the details it counted. None of it is saved: it is lost when you refresh or close the page, or press "Clear my data". A report you download is an ordinary file on your device. It lists file names and counts, not what is inside the files. File and folder names are shown as they are, and may include a client's name.
- The AI-use register, only if you switch it on: a list of dates, purposes and counts of hidden details, saved in this browser on this device until you delete it. It never holds the text you pasted, any hidden detail, or the AI's reply.
- The log of erasures, only if you switch it on: what is on each erasure record: the file reference you type, what the file held, the dates, the places you went through, who approved the erasure and your note, saved in this browser on this device until you delete it.
- Your readiness plan and history, only if you switch saving on: the names and dates you type against each fix, which fixes are done, and on each date your score, level, the score for each area and the number of gaps, saved in this browser on this device until you delete it. Your Yes or No answers are not saved there, but the saved plan does show which fixes were needed.
- Whether you have been asked for feedback: after you finish something with a tool, a small card may ask whether it helped. This browser tab remembers which tools it has asked about and whether you answered or closed the card, so you are not asked again. That is all it keeps, and it is gone when you close the tab or press "Clear my data".
- A copy of the site itself: the pages are saved on your device so the demo works without internet. This is a download of about 3 MB, once, and again after the site is updated, and it takes about 6 MB of space on the device. This copy holds no information about you. If you press "Remove offline copy", that choice is kept in this browser so the copy is not saved again. "Clear my data" leaves the copy and this choice as they are.
- Anything else you type in a tool: dates, file references, firm details and wording you edit are held on the screen only while that page is open. Each record's on or off switch is saved in this browser; "Clear my data" switches them off again.
Switching one of these records off stops new entries. It does not delete what is already saved. Each record has its own delete button, and the button below removes all of them.
To wipe what you entered and saved in this browser, use this button. It is also at the bottom of every page. It cannot reach files you have already downloaded (a PDF, a spreadsheet, a calendar reminder), text you have copied, or another browser or device where you used the demo. Other tabs of this site that are still open keep what they show until you close them, so close them too.
What we do not do
- No cookies are set by this site. The hosting company may set one if it shows a security check page before the site opens.
- No visitor tracking or usage statistics.
- No sending of what you type to us or to anyone else.
- No AI tool is connected to this site. You copy and paste the text yourself.
The company that hosts this site
The site files are served by Vercel Inc., a hosting company based in the United States. Its own privacy notice says that for each visit to a site it hosts it collects the internet address (IP address) of the visitor's device, the rough location worked out from that address, and details of the browser and device. It handles these on our behalf, may do so outside India, and keeps them only as long as it needs to; it does not state a fixed period.
This site does not load its visitor statistics, and we do not look at or use these records. Nothing you type into a tool is among them, because nothing you type is sent.

Feedback
The feedback page sends nothing itself. Its "Send by email" button opens your own email app with your answers filled in, and you decide whether to send it. Nothing you type there is saved, except what you copy with "Copy my answers", which goes to your device's clipboard.
If you send it, CA Rushabh Jamdade receives your email address and your answers, and uses them only to improve this demo. Write to rushabh@stolvix.com to see them or have them deleted. Giving feedback is your choice.
Asking for a website check
The Scouts page sends nothing itself. Its "Ask by email" button opens your own email app with the website address filled in, and you decide whether to send it. Nothing you type there is saved, except what you copy with "Copy my request", which goes to your device's clipboard.
If you send it, CA Rushabh Jamdade receives your email address and the website address, and uses them only to run the check, take payment and reply to you. Write torushabh@stolvix.com to see them or have them deleted. The check is paid for; how to pay is agreed by email, and this site takes no payment and holds no payment details.
The check itself is run on our side, not on your device. It reads only the public pages of the website, the way any visitor would, and sends text from those public pages to an AI service (Anthropic) to help write the report. It does not touch anything you type into the tools on this site.
Check it yourself
- Open the demo and wait until the foot of the page says "The site is saved on this device". Then switch on airplane mode. The tools still work.
- On a laptop, open the browser's developer tools and watch the network list while you use a tool. Nothing you type is sent.
